Where to park a motorhome in Bergen
Dedicated motorhome areas, access to the centre and camping: check what is confirmed before you park.
Day parking, overnight stays and camping are different.
For sightseeing, leave your motorhome in a dedicated area and take the light rail. A car park being open at night does not automatically allow sleeping, awnings or camping. Central garages are not recommended: their operator says its city-centre spaces are not designed for motorhomes.

Before travelling:
check signs, pitch dimensions and operator terms. Municipal sources do not specify height, length or weight limits; this does not mean unrestricted access. Combine your parking choice with the guide’s walking routes. Visit Bergen mentions seasonal daytime parking at Jekteviken, but we do not list it as open in October or suitable for overnight stays: current season dates, prices and restrictions were not confirmed.
